Vehicle Spare Parts Platform (M-Auto-Zone)

The Problem

A parts distributor needed a cross-platform mobile storefront with real-time inventory, order tracking, FCM push notifications, and PayHere payment processing — without maintaining two separate codebases.

Architecture & Approach

Designed the backend architecture and PostgreSQL schema for a full mobile commerce platform — catalog, cart, orders, and checkout. Built REST APIs and a Django Admin interface for product/order/banner management, with JWT authentication for API access control. Integrated the PayHere payment gateway for real-money checkout and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, with production deployment managed on cPanel hosting.
